There is nothing more annoying than when your computer freezes up and starts running slowly. You could be trying to do some very important work and your computer packs in on you. It can be very frustrating. The problem is that many people do not know what they can do to make their computer start working again. The purpose of this article is to give you some advice on why your computer may be freezing and running slow. And what you can do to fix it.
Your computer may be running slow because:
- A Computer Virus May Have Found Its Way On To Your Computer- You may have unwittingly downloaded a file or visited a site that has caused a virus to be installed on your computer.
- Your Computer May Be Infested With Spyware- Like viruses, you could have ended up with spyware on your computer from someone maliciously trying to steal your information or take over your computer.
- There May Be A Problem With The Windows Registry- The Windows Registry controls how your Operating System is functioning with all the software that is on your computer. Sometimes, when you delete software, data can be left behind that can cause the Registry to not function correctly.
If you feel that you may be suffering from one or more of these problems, then there are some things you can do.
- Get Some Anti-Virus Software- You need to always make sure that you have up to date antivirus software as evil people are constantly inventing new ways to try and ruin your computer. Antivirus software should help ensure that your computer is protected.
- Get Some Anti-Spyware Software- Like viruses, evil people are constantly inventing new ways to try and take over your computer to steal your information. Antispyware software should help ensure that your computer is protected.
- Get Yourself a Registry Cleaner Program- If you have the latest antivirus software and antispyware software but your Operating System is still running slowly, you should consider a Registry Cleaner program to make sure that your Registry is running at optimal performance
If your computer is running slowly, takes an age to boot up, or you experience unexpected system errors on a frequent basis, you might want to clean the windows registry. Visit http://www.clean-windows-registry.com and we can help you clean your windows registry.
